Self-collection at Bedok North

Bellton is not a mall bakery. You collect from a kitchen unit in Shimei East Kitchen, Bedok North. If that is convenient, collection is free and you skip the $10 delivery fee.

3015 Bedok North Street 5, #05-08 Shimei East Kitchen, Singapore 486350. Put that full address in your maps app. It is an industrial kitchen, not a café with a queue at the door.

Hours — collection is not the same as delivery

Collection: Monday to Friday 8am–6pm, Saturday 8am–11am, closed Sunday and public holidays. Delivery: Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–3pm, also closed Sunday and public holidays. Saturday afternoon is a common miss — the kitchen stops collection at 11am even though Saturday delivery runs to 3pm.

If you need a time outside those hours, WhatsApp 9118 0989. We will try. We will not leave a cake at the loading bay unattended.

What to bring

The order name and a phone number. A cooler bag helps if you are crossing the island in the heat. Cakes are sensitive to temperature; we recommend freezer storage and a two-hour chiller thaw before serving.

When to pick delivery instead

If you cannot make Saturday before 11am, or you are sending a surprise to someone else, use delivery. $10 per location, free above $100, extra charges may apply for Sentosa. Details sit on the self-collection page and the delivery page.

You still need two days’ lead time for most whole cakes, collection or not. Order from artisanal cakes first, then choose collection at checkout.
