SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY

Save the time and trouble with our delivery service to your doorstep. Island-wide delivery is available with a $10* delivery fee per location (Reduced delivery fee during COVID19 period). Please note that delivery to Sentosa island will incur additional charges for the entry fee into the island (refer to Sentosa site for more details). 

*For orders below $25, delivery fee will be $15 per location (Small order fee)

Our delivery timings are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 10am to 1pm / 1pm to 6pm 

Saturday: 10am to 1pm 

Sunday: Closed 

For urgent last-minute orders, please contact us to avoid disappointment.

Upon confirmation of your order, our staff will get in contact to arrange the delivery timings. Please ensure that someone is present at your delivery location and timing arranged. If uncontactable, our staff will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes after which our driver will return the pastry to our premises. Follow up re-delivery timing will need to be arranged with additional delivery charges.

 

PICK UP SERVICE

The option of self-collection would also be available at no extra cost. Customers who select this option will be contacted by our staff with detailed collection instructions.

(For drivers, please enter through Bedok North Street 4 entrance and head up to the level 3 parking)

(In view of the current COVID-19 situation, we have temporarily ceased our pick-up option. If you wish to opt for self pick-up during this period, please contact us directly and we will try to arrange for pick-ups at Simei MRT) 

Our collection timings are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 5 - 5.30 pm 

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: Closed 

We would recommend customers to bring along a cooler bag in order to retain the freshness of the pastries. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that Bellton abides by a strict cancellation policy.

For regular orders,

No amendments or cancellations are allowed for orders 48 hours prior to the delivery/collection date. If cancellations are to be made, customers are to contact us as soon as possible via phone call or text. 

For large/event orders,

No cancellations are allowed one week prior to the delivery/collection date. If orders are made less than a week in advance, no cancellation is allowed. Amendments of orders are however possible and are subject to the production progress of the order, we advise customers to contact us as soon as possible in such cases.

In the event that Bellton is unable to fulfill your order, our staff will contact you as soon as possible to suggest a replacement product with similar specifications.

Excess payment or a full refund would be offered if customers are unsatisfied with the suggested arrangement. We hope to seek your kind understanding for the inconvenience caused in such cases.

 

REFUND POLICY

We are sorry as pastries are perishable products, we do not accept returns. Customers who have any concerns with the products received, should rectify with our delivery staff or contact us through phone or text at the time of reception. 

We advise customers to retain photo evidence of the product in order to justify the claim. If found that the product displays a certain extent of physical defect, a full/partial refund would be granted or a replacement would be arranged as soon as possible.
