Burnt Basque cheesecake delivery in Singapore

Bellton’s burnt Basque cheesecake is a crustless cheesecake with a caramelised top and a dense, cheesy centre. If you want that cake delivered in Singapore, the product page is burnt cheesecake — not the keto version, and not a New York cheesecake.

What you are ordering

The bake is crustless. The top is meant to look dark. The middle stays creamy. That is the point of a Basque burnt cheesecake. Ours is listed as a solid cheesy core against a bittersweet burnt top. It is not an Oreo cheesecake and it is not a sponge.

Sizes and price

15cm is $43. 21cm is $72. There is no 18cm option on this SKU. If you are two people, 15cm is enough. If you are hosting, take 21cm. Whole cakes in our shop generally suit about 6 to 8 people; treat that as a guide, not a promise for every appetite.

Delivery, not a walk-in counter

We bake from 3015 Bedok North Street 5 #05-08, Shimei East Kitchen. Islandwide delivery is $10, or free above $100. Extra charges may apply for Sentosa. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–3pm. Closed Sunday and public holidays.

Lead time is two days for a normal order. Need it sooner? WhatsApp 9118 0989 and ask. We will check the kitchen. We will not advertise same-day Basque cheesecake as a standing offer.

How to order
