Our take on the favorite traditional tea in a form of a cake, this creation is centric around the combination of aromatic tea flavour with a twist and tang of the raspberry fruit. Derived from the tea leaves itself, the Oolong Cream and Earl Grey Sponge layers is light, sweet, and toasty coupling with a raspberry jelly layer giving it a unique fruity tang.
