Cake sizes in Singapore: 15cm vs 18cm vs 21cm
Bellton whole cakes are sold in 15cm, 18cm and 21cm where the flavour allows it. We do not print a slice count on every product. The honest guide is our FAQ: whole cakes are ideal for smaller groups of about 6 to 8 people. Tray cakes are 35 × 27cm, about 2 to 3kg, and suit groups up to about 20.
15cm
This is the small whole cake on SKUs such as burnt cheesecake ($43), Oreo cheesecake ($42) and mango mousse ($44). For two to four people it is enough. For a party of eight, it will look small on the table.
18cm
Some artisanal cakes list 18cm as the middle size. Not every flavour has it. If the product page only shows 15cm and 21cm, there is no 18cm to add to cart. Do not assume we can cut a 21cm down to 18cm without asking.
21cm
The larger whole cake. Burnt cheesecake 21cm is $72. Oreo 21cm is $69. Mango mousse 21cm is $66. This is the size we point people to when family is coming over and you still want a round cake, not a tray.
When to jump to a tray cake
If you are closer to 15–20 people, a tray cake is the better tool. We can discuss cut sizes (for example 3×3cm or 4×3cm pieces) on WhatsApp. Whole cakes come uncut unless you ask.
Height and appetite
A three-tier red velvet at $80 eats differently from a single-height cheesecake. If guests are not big dessert eaters, stay with 15cm. If the cake is the only dessert, size up. Browse artisanal cakes and the whole cake menu.
