Our very own twist of the local favourite dish carefully crafted by our chefs, the Nasi Lemak Cake is a must try for those who are adventurous and have tastebuds for the flavourful dish. The drool-worthy dish is commonly accompanied with a serving of spicy and savory sambal which makes for a perfect combination with the pandan flavour.
With that, we adapted the philosophy behind Nasi Lemak, and assembled a cake consisting of three layers of pandan flavoured sponge coupled with fresh cream and sambal. The cake is then topped off with Ikan Bilis (fried crispy anchovies) and toasted peanuts, to give it a little crunch similar to that an actual Nasi Lemak! This Sweet yet savory kind of treat is a must try that suits any occasion.
